Public Notice regarding GLWA’s September 23 Board of Directors meeting
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: On March 18, 2020, Governor Gretchen Whitmer issued Executive Order No. 2020-15, allowing remote participation in public meetings and hearings for public bodies subject to the Open Meetings Act during the COVID-19 pandemic. This Order allows public meetings of public bodies subject to the Open Meetings Act to be held electronically, including by two-way telephonic conference.
On March 23, 2020, Governor Gretchen Whitmer issued Executive Order No. 2020-21 requiring Michigan residents “to suspend activities that are not necessary to sustain or protect life.”
The meeting of the GLWA Board of Directors scheduled for September 23, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. will be held via Zoom and its telephonic capabilities. Members of the public who wish to attend this meeting by telephone can do so in the following manner:
