Public Notice regarding GLWA’s October 13 Operations and Resources Committee meeting

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: The State of Michigan Open Meetings Act (SB1108), allows remote telephonic and electronic participation in public meetings and hearings for public bodies subject to the Act during certain state or local emergencies. At this time, local health departments within the GLWA service area have declared emergencies related to the risk of infection associated with the COVID-19 pandemic.

The meeting of the GLWA Operations and Resources Committee scheduled for October 13, 2021, at 11:00 a.m. will be held via Zoom and its telephonic capabilities.  Members of the public who wish to attend this meeting can do so in the following manner:

By E-Mail: Members of the public may provide written comments to the Committee by emailing those comments to CEO@glwater.org on or before 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 12, 2021 and should reference “October 13, 2021 Operations and Resources Committee” in the subject line of the e-mail.
