Account Access/Customer Outreach Portal
This portal contains Water Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) and Steering Committee (SC) workgroup documents, presentations, meeting summaries, calendar of events, and announcement information related to water and wastewater in the GLWA service area. A member login allows you to access all documents and to receive email notifications regarding events related to the GLWA suburban water and wastewater systems. Account Access/Wholesale Automated Meter Read (WAMR) Portal
The Wholesale Automated Meter Reading (WAMR) system collects flow and pressure information from the GLWA wholesale water meter sites every five minutes. The portal provides a customizable, web-based interface that displays meter and customer data in both graphical and tabular formats in increments of five minute, hourly and daily intervals. Customer and site usage can also be downloaded for off-line examination. Billed Consumption with adjustments can be reviewed for customer usage analysis. Account Access/Greater Detroit Regional Sewer System (GDRSS) Portal
The Greater Detroit Regional Sewer System Model Setup and Analyses (GDRSS) System collects flow and depth information from the GLWA sewerage meters in five minute increments and rain gauges in 15 minute increments. The GDRSS portal provides a web-based interface that displays meter data (collected the day before) in both graphical and tabular formats in increments of five minute, hourly, daily, monthly, and yearly intervals. Data can be exported for off-line examination. Billing reports can be reviewed for customer analysis, as well as precipitation data.
