Notice of Misleading Water Safety Postcard
GLWA issued a warning notice to its member communities on Wednesday, August 23, 2017 regarding a misleading marketing mailer that was sent out by a Missouri company attempting to sell its water purification products by making false claims about the quality of drinking water in GLWA-served communities. In the notice, GLWA reassured it member communities that the water provided by the Authority is of unquestionable quality.
